Dr Gupta graduated from the University of Adelaide with the University Medal for highest overall performance in Medicine. She subsequently undertook specialty Dermatology training in Adelaide, completing rotations at all of South Australia’s major teaching hospitals. During her training she was awarded a Travelling Fellowship to complete a year of her training in Oxford, UK. During her time in the UK, she gained experience working in a range of sub-specialty and multi-disciplinary clinics including cutaneous oncology, immunobullous disorders and vulval dermatology.

Dr Gupta practices all aspects of medical and procedural Dermatology, but particular interest areas include acne and acne scarring management, skin cancer surveillance, inflammatory skin disorders and laser dermatology. She has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals for cutaneous oncology and medical education. She has also been awarded prizes by the Royal Society of Medicine and the British Society for Medical Dermatology for her research presentations in London. 

She takes great pride in her work and is committed to offering the highest quality clinical service to her patients.

In addition to her private practice, Dr Gupta works at Monash Medical Centre, where she is involved in teaching dermatology trainees and students.
